Key Responsibilities:
1. Warm Welcome and Check-In:
- Greet clients with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Efficiently check-in clients for their appointments, confirming necessary paperwork and providing any required information.
2. Appointment Scheduling and Coordination:
- Manage the appointment booking system, ensuring accurate scheduling of services and consultations.
- Coordinate with service providers to accommodate special requests or changes to appointments.
3. Client Communication:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information regarding services, availability, and pricing.
4. Retail Sales and Product Knowledge:
- Assist clients with retail product selection, providing detailed information on skincare products and recommendations based on their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
5. Maintain a Tidy and Organized Front Desk Area:
- Ensure the reception area is well-presented, organized, and clean at all times.
