Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Aesthetician to join our team. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of skincare treatments and services, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help clients achieve their skincare goals while maintaining a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultations: Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ skincare concerns, preferences, and goals.
2. Customized Treatments: Administer a variety of skincare treatments, such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other aesthetic services, tailored to individual client needs.
3. Product Knowledge: Provide expert advice on skincare products, both retail and professional-grade, and create personalized skincare regimens for clients.
4. Maintain Clean and Organized Workspace: Ensure treatment rooms and workstations are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
5. Compliance and Safety: Adhere to industry standards, hygiene protocols, and safety regulations, including proper sterilization and disinfection practices.
6. Client Education: Educate clients on skincare best practices, homecare routines, and post-treatment care.
7. Recommendation of Additional Services: Suggest complementary treatments or products to enhance client satisfaction and achieve desired results.
8. Sales and Retailing: Promote and sell skincare products, ensuring clients have access to high-quality, suitable products for their skincare needs.
9. Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment notes, product recommendations, and client preferences.
10. Continual Learning: Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, technologies, and products to provide cutting-edge services and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a licensed Aesthetician.
• Proven experience in administering a variety of skincare treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits. – Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications or training in specialized treatments (e.g., chemical peels, microdermabrasion).
• Experience with advanced skincare technologies (e.g., laser treatments, microneedling).
• Previous retail or sales experience.
